- we offer a 24 hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year;
- our telephones are manned 24 hours a day;
- the actual location of our storage sites are kept strictly confidential;
- our storage sites are secured by state of the art security systems;
- our staff members are trained in the handling of media with emphasis on temperature, humidity, dust, magnetism and secure storage;
- we are situated further than 10 kilometres from our nearest client;
- in case of an emergency, data can be delivered to your IT centre within 90 minutes, 24 hours a day;
- all our vehicles are unmarked and are in constant two-way contact with our Control Room;
- all our vehicles are equipped with Netstar, and all our drivers have a police clearance form that exempts them from “stop and search” roadblocks;
- all our staff members are police cleared every six months;
- all our vehicles are manned by two people – the driver and his assistant;
- our vehicles are never left unmanned whilst we have data in transit;
- we offer a guaranteed collection time within 15 minutes of scheduled time;
- all collections and deliveries are tightly controlled and times are scheduled to fit in exactly with your rotation procedures;
- we use insulated steel canisters for transporting and storing data;
- we are able to completely relocate to another secure location within one hour in an adverse situation, without threatening our service level agreements with our clients;
- we guarantee your confidentiality, and
- All visitors to our secure storage site are police cleared and visits are by appointment only.
