Tape Destruction
There will come a time that you will want to destroy the backup tapes that you’ve been using and storing your data on. This could be for a number of reasons ranging from the tape being old and needs to be removed from the archive or just the fact that the data on the tape is no longer accessible.
The whole way through the tapes life span you’ve made sure that it has not fallen into the wrong hands or been available for anyone to see and decode.
Why do that now?
Rather use BSF to destroy your tapes. We collect them in our normal covert way making sure that they’re exposed of in the proper way. We’ll make sure they destroyed in the following way:
- Cut into small pieces
- Tape ripped and exposed
- All contents incinerated at 200 degrees Celsius
After all of this we’ll supply you with a certificate stating that the tapes were destroyed as specified as above and how many tapes had been destroyed.
